Plas Hafod – Gaynor and Phil, at this ever-lovely venue, near Mold in Flintshire.
Gaynor chose a fabulous tea-length dress as her ‘something blue’ and the couple’s dogs made an appearance (dogs at weddings; oh, yes!) and behaved impeccably.
This couple chose sparklers for some fun as the light softened – if you do choose to have them, get the extra long burn ones. Shorter, quicker burn ones have often burned out before you’ve had a chance to twirl your way down your guests guard of honour!
I’m a huge fan of cakes made to reflect the couple’s interests, or for fun. This seemingly traditional cake, when turned around revealed a favourite film series of these two. Take a look above!
Plas Hafod, for those who don’t know this pretty venue, is located near Mold, in Flintshire and is rightly popular for weddings as well as evening meals and lunches. The gardens are extensive and photogenic – just add you two! You can now marry in the new outdoor gazebo which is really pretty. Booking a venue for an outdoor wedding is an easy choice when your venue has a lovely Plan B ceremony room, too.
