We need to talk about confetti. This is one of the most photogenic parts of your wedding day and generally comes as the nerve-wracking part is over. Cue happy couple and guests and almost all we need for some fantastic wedding photography..
Guests love confetti, you’ll love it and your photographer really, really loves it – indeed, she’ll love you forever for it.
But.. It tends to be an after-though in the planning process – few tiny packets grabbed the day before your wedding day from the confetti-buying equivalent of a garage forecourt..
Confetti needs to be ‘go big or go home’.
A few small boxes, shared out as a tiny handful between 30 or 40 guests just isn’t going to do it. A few premature throws behind you, or the wind blowing it the wrong way and the moment is gone for ever.
This is where you need to plan well in advance and assess how much you’ll need for every guest to launch masses and masses of it.
Then multiply that by about 10 times…
Trust me on this!
Really; buy masses and even consider launchers.
